2madparent

It is sad madparent that you would thing the school is running so horrible. The only dramatic change is there is more organization, communication with parents. Ms. Brown was not dependable, favored certain parents and was performing her school work instead of supervising the school. I am glad that woman is gone and those who were for her do not know how she really is.. The teachers are amazing and that is why my son has excelled at this school.

positive changes

MADPARENT you must be one of these parents who were getting freebies from the old director Ms. Vallrie Brown! I don't see how else you could be unhappy with this school. I think that the changes that were made to the school are for the best. Miss Mimi (Emilia Lara) is a sweet and wonderful person who truly cares for the children and the teachers. Everybody that I speak to is fully satisfied, including the teachers! The best proof is that they all stayed after the change of director and now appreciate the adjustments that are being made. My daughter loves going to pre-school and I love to pick her up from Busy Little Fingers because there is always a smile on the teachers and Ms. Mimi's face. I feel sorry that you are unhappy but I think that you should focus more on what is being taught to your child and observe with which great quality it is being done in this establishment! The staff is very qualified and the curriculum is prepared in details. The school is also beautiful, clean and well kept. I have visited several other pre-schools around and Busy Little Fingers really stands far ahead of all others.

Best Pre-school in Reseda

My son has been a student at busy little fingers since it was opened back in 2006, the school was good over all although there were some issues with the director regarding logging in the lunch schedules and collecting payments , I wasn't happy with her because she would let some people get away with not paying for their kids lunch or sometimes she would forget to log in who paid or not, I had to pay twice just because she didn't logg my payment in the log sheet, but ever since she got terminated back in october, the school has been an exceptional, I don't have to worry about my son's lunch money logs anymore, it has been changed for the best, I was going to take my son somewhere else but after this change I've decided not to, as a matter of fact I signed him up for an additional year, and I gave a good word to couple of my close friends they came and checked the school out and they all signed up,and so far all of them are pretty happy with the school director, teachers, overall staff, environment, and activities. busy little fingers has the best teachers, my son has learnt alot in these 3 years, I'm glad that my money didn't go to waste, I got the best for my money.

Best Daycare in Reseda

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Busy Little Fingers Child Care. I searched for a new day care in June of this year because I decided to return to school full time. My kids are 6, 4 and 2. Busy Little Fingers has a very organized and structured curriculum for the pre-k's which is helping prepare my daughter for the transition into kindergarten. The 2 year old forgets I'm behind him when I'm walking him to class because he so busy running to class. My 6 year old loves picking up the other two kids with me. The staff treats him as if he is at home and he loves it. The staff is delightfully friendly and very helpful. The special events, playground, and my personal favorite "the library " all warrant high marks. I check out my books from the school now instead of the public library. A special thanks to Miss Mimi, Miss Kathy, and Miss Olga - and the rest of the staff too!!! I can't explain the level of comfort I have when I leave my little ones with you. I know they are safe.

bad choice

My child has been going to this school for the last 2 years and i was very happy with this school. but when the new director came on in October of 09 things dramaticly changed for worst. The new director Ms Emilia Lara was very money hungery and not nice to her workers. Because of this I question her ability to run the school even if it does belong to her. It is a shame that she fired the other director, the school is just not the same, the wormth is gone. (WHAT WAS A GOOD CHOICE IS NOW A BAD CHOICE) Sign Taking my kid out
